in the summer of 2010, capital improvement services was contacted by pandora media, the internet radio provider, and asked to build the 6500 sf office located in union square, nyc. teamCIS took this “turn-key” project from the concept and design stages; the project was finished by the holiday season of 2010. the project highlights are: a large pantry with stainless steel appliances & integral sink/countertop, ada accessible restrooms with stainless steel & corian vanities, natural-finished hardwood floors, new fiber optic service, and an automatic daylight harvest lighting control system.
